What Happens After Booking Your CITB SMSTS Online Course?

1. Booking Confirmation:
   Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm your place on the course. Please ensure you have adequate IT skills and access to a Laptop/PC/Mac with a working webcam and microphone.
2. Course Details:
   Two days before the course (or immediately if the course starts within two days), you’ll receive a ZOOM link along with additional course details. You will also gain access to your online e-book resources to support your learning.
3. Pre-Course Requirements:
   You will receive an email prompting you to complete an online form. This form must be completed before the course starts. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to attend or complete the course.
4. Punctuality is Essential:
   The course begins promptly at 8:30 AM each day. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate, so please ensure you are on time.
5. Identification:
   Bring valid ID, such as a passport or driving licence, as this will be required for verification.
6. Attendance and Assessment:
   Full attendance is mandatory. You must attend every session and complete the final exam to successfully finish the course.
7. Certification:
   Your certificate will be emailed to you approximately 14-21 working days after the results are submitted to CITB. Additionally, you’ll receive confirmation of your result via email about one working day after the course concludes. Please consider this timeframe when planning employment start dates.
